We maintain relationships with a diverse network of excellent sewing factories both inside the U.S. and in Asia that can manufacture clothing that meets our high standards.
But you won’t have to worry about managing details at several factories — we take care of it all. We make sure the raw materials get to the sewing factory and test them in the actual production setting. Once bulk manufacturing begins, we manage the production schedule and build in quality review steps all through the process. We adhere to Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) 2.5 standards, and ship only first-quality products. And we organize packaging and shipment according to your specifications, too.
